BODYWORK
Slim, smooth, and ergonomically awesome! Just what you want bodywork to be really, letting you get into all kinda shapes while you’re out there cleaning the gnarliest of sections. It’s likely that you’ll hit the deck from time to time which is why all of the bodywork is made from a special blend of Polypropylene. What’s so special about it? It’s super flexible, meaning it returns to its normal shape even if it’s bent more than 180 degrees!

AIRBOX
There aren’t many bikes that have an airbox with a such a clever design, but ours do! Not only does it house the top-quality Twin Air filter, but the overall structure also plays a vital role in allowing our trial bikes to be super slim. With easy access, filter changes are super easy with just one bolt securing our filters.

FACTORY GRAPHICS
What’s really cool about our fresh new graphics is that they’re inspired by what you’ll see on the GASGAS Factory Racing bikes in TrialGP. But not only that, they’re applied into the slim bodywork during the production process, which makes them super durable. No peeling, no scratching, just a long lasting, vibrant appearance for a super clean look.

HANDLEBARS & GRIPS
Strong and lightweight tapered NEKEN handlebars are made from high-quality aluminum and fitted with RENTHAL grips for comfort and control. A unique bar pad design, specific to the TXT GP range, protects you from heavy impacts on the bars. Completing the controls and for a factory finish, the clutch and front brake master cylinder caps are anodized in our favorite color – red!

FUEL TANK
Redesigned for enhanced ergonomics while fitting seamlessly within the frame and bodywork, the compact 2.4-liter fuel tank is held in place with just one bolt, ensuring fast removal and quick re-installation.

FRAME
The TXT GP frame retains its well-known flex and strength qualities! Our engineers have taken the latest generation TXT GP trial frames to the next level, ensuring improved rider feedback. Tubular, 1.5mm 25CrMo4 chrome-moly steel is used simply because it’s the best material for delivering optimal stiffness combined with low weight. Each frame is created using advanced manufacturing techniques, with assembly handled by robots that laser weld all the connecting pieces together. Weighing just 6kg, the frame is finished with a robust GASGAS-red powder coating while a large skid plate protects the engine, lower frame rails, and linkage.

CNC MACHINED TRIPLE CLAMPS
There are some very special triple clamps fitted on our GP bikes. CNC-machined from aluminum specifically for the TXT GP models, they reduce a little weight without compromising strength or stability. They’re finished off with black anodizing to match the GASGAS Factory Racing trial bikes!

TECH FORKS
Smooth and progressive. Exactly the type of feel you need from your forks when tackling the toughest sections! The stanchions on the 39mm, low-friction TECH forks are finished with a premium KASHIMA coating to maximize sensitivity, and the gold finish looks so, so good. Technically speaking, these TECH forks are made with a split design. This means that inside the left leg is a progressive spring while on the outside is a preload adjuster on the top, and an ‘End Stroke’ adjuster at the bottom to prevent harsh bottoming. Over on the right leg, compression and rebound can be fine-tuned for a personalized set-up. Both outer tubes are anodized in black for a cool finish that highlights the premium quality of the TECH forks.

SHOCK ABSORBER
Our TXT GP models are fitted with a high-end shock made by the renowned manufacturer, TECH. Featuring a large reservoir that provides better heat stability for a more consistent performance, even through the toughest of sections, it also offers full adjustability. In addition to setting the spring pre-load, you can fine tune the compression and rebound to suit your style and create a personalized set-up.

SWINGARM
Slim, super-solid, and super-low in weight. It’s cast from a single piece of aluminum and manufactured with proven rigidity and optimal flex for soaking up the biggest of rear wheel hits with ease. A sandblasted finish offers impressive scratch resistance to maintain it’s cool appearance.

MOTOR
Development never stops with the TXT GP 250 motor. Designed to be light, compact, and offer the best power delivery to suit riders of all abilities, our engineers strive to make the best 2-stroke trial motors on the planet. Already packing a serious punch, the cast aluminum cylinder head improves combustion and contributes to a constant running temperature for guaranteed day-long fun!

CYLINDER HEAD
It’s a simple looking part but the new die-cast aluminum cylinder head on the TXT GP 250 is super important. Firstly, you can now fine tune the power as different inserts are available as a Technical Accessory. And secondly, the flow of the coolant is improved to make sure the motor runs at the perfect temperature at all times.

CYLINDER & PISTON
To produce the most usable torque, the 72,5 mm cylinder bore features specially designed intake and exhaust ports for best-in-class performance. Inside, the forged piston is finished with a special coating for maximum performance and extended durability. Connecting the cylinder to the frame is a low weight, aluminum bracket, which reduces vibration from the motor and plays a vital role in the stiffness of the overall chassis structure.

CARBURETOR
Giving our 2-stroke motors all the fuel they need for a wide spread of smooth, strong power is the KEIHIN PWK 28mm carburetor.

TRANSMISSION
Light, strong, and reliable. Just what you’d want from a transmission really. A few small refinements for 2025 improve shifting and durability for an even better riding experience. The clever 4/6 system allows riders to select from 6 gears when there are only 4 gears on the internal transmission shaft, Saving weight, it also allows for super compact crankcases, and well, it’s just pretty damn cool!

CRANKSHAFT
Perfectly balanced to deliver optimized inertia, the TXT GP 250 crankshaft is precisely positioned within the crankcases to ensure riders can rely on instant power and enjoy a super agile ride. Key to the motor delivering great traction, it also helps give the bike its much-loved, agile handling. To increase durability, we use a closed main bearing made by SKF with the strong connecting rod that uses two needle bearings for durability.

CRANKCASE
Designed so that the internal parts and shafts within the motor are carefully positioned to boost the bike’s overall handling characteristics, the gravity casting process used to make our crankcases ensures they are super lightweight and extremely tough. Ensuring an improved seal, we use a central locating pin and a central seal. Also, the clutch cover includes the clutch master cylinder, further highlighting the overall compact nature of the motor.

EXHAUST SYSTEM
When a trial bike is fitted with an AKRAPOVIC exhaust as standard you just know that it means business. Closely developed with GASGAS Factory Racing, the exhaust is made from super light titanium and more importantly, it delivers a strong bottom end hit of power for getting you up and over any obstacles. At the rear, the silencer end cap is designed to keep it out of harm’s way and reduce the risk of any potential damage. And when it comes to changing the silencer packing, an easy-access design makes a not so fun job a whole lot quicker and easier. Thank us later!

CLUTCH
Release all the torque and power you need with just one finger thanks to our super light BRAKTEC hydraulic clutch! The reliable system is designed to ensure even wear for smooth operation and exceptional performance at all times. Consisting of three Kevlar friction plates, two steel plates, and a Belleville spring design, hours and hours of maintenance free riding is guaranteed.

KICKSTARTER
A strong and reliable kickstarter is designed for one thing only – to make sure starting the bike is quick and easy. Okay, that was two things…

BRAKTEC BRAKES
For 2025 we’ve once again raised the braking performance of our TXT GP line up and equipped each bike with the same GALFER disks that GASGAS Factory Racing use. Up front you’ll find a 185mm floating waved disk with a 4-piston BRAKTEC caliper while at the rear there’s a 150mm solid waved disk with a 2-piston BRAKTEC caliper. The rear disk also complies with FIM regulations so this bike’s good to go at any event. Installing the back wheel is made super easy too as our patented, magnetic brake pads stay apart, so the disk just slides straight in.

FOOTPEGS
To improve comfort on the bike, the footrests have been fully redesigned with an increased surface area closer to the frame. This unique design allows riders to grip the bike more efficiently, which considerably enhances control when compared to previous models. The same tried and tested special micro-casting process is retained for continued low weight and maximum grip.

FAN AND RADIATORS
The aluminum inverted U-flow radiator has a cooling area of 20.4 cm2 and a refrigerant volume of 470,2 cm3, with a mini valve on top of the radiator that opens on 1,2 bars (between 1 to 1,5 bars). The crucial component is a electrical fan with a diameter of 115 mm and optimized blades. Compared to the predecessor it features a reduced noise level and increased air flow.

WHEELS
We thought the wheels on our TXT GP trial bikes couldn’t be improved, but somehow, our engineers have made them even better. Still machined from single pieces of aluminum, the hubs are slightly revised for 2025 to be both lighter and stronger. Like before, the hubs are anodized black with the GASGAS logo etched onto them for a quality finish. Connecting them to the high-strength MORAD rims, also anodized black, are strong steel spokes in the rear wheel and lightweight aluminum spokes in the front, which ultimately creates a seriously robust wheelset. Looking the business while making sure maximum power is transferred to the rear wheel, we’ve fitted a black aluminum sprocket and a quality gold chain from D.I.D.

TIRES
MICHELIN’s super-light X11 tires connect all our TXT bikes to the rocks, mud, and obstacles beneath them. The best in the business, they feature super-pliable knobbles, which together with low pressures offer exceptional grip.

IGNITION/ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
HIDRIA ignitions generate stronger power, which stabilizes idling and creates a cleaner response from the bottom end. Depending on your riding style and weather conditions, the handlebar mounted map switch allows for a choice of two ignition curves, which can be selected for tailored power in every section.

CHAIN
Giving the TXT GP trial bikes a GASGAS Factory Racing inspired look, the high quality D.I.D 520 DMS gold chain looks the business and offers impressive longevity. Our pro riders have put this chain to the test with excellent results, which is precisely why it can be found across the entire TXT GP range.
